This large-scale program will host a series of mentorship conferences across six geopolitical zones in Nigeria. Each event will feature industry leaders, scholarship opportunities, technical workshops, and hands-on skill development for over 5,000 teenagers. Teens will also receive training materials, internship placement assistance, and access to an online resource hub. The budget will fund venue rentals, speaker honorariums, travel, accommodation, learning kits, and digital platforms to make the program accessible nationwide.
