This large-scale program will host a series of mentorship conferences across six geopolitical zones in Nigeria. Each event will feature industry leaders, scholarship opportunities, technical workshops, and hands-on skill development for over 5,000 teenagers. The budget will fund venue rentals, speaker honorariums, travel, accommodation, learning kits, and digital platforms to make the program accessible nationwide.
